Hello,

My name is Joachim Charitable, an agricultural technician, nurse, teacher, and founder of the organization OASPKA and the community school École Étoile in the Tilorrier area of Ouanaminthe.
I send this letter with a heavy heart to request urgent humanitarian support for a group of families currently facing a serious crisis:
- People deported from the Dominican Republic without any assistance.
- Families who lost their homes due to fires and violence in Port-au-Prince.
- Children, pregnant women, and the elderly sleeping outdoors with no shelter, no food, no medical care.
🎯 PROJECT OBJECTIVES
- Provide secure shelter so these families can live with dignity.
- Emergency assistance: food, clothing, and medicine for survival.
- Education support: cover school fees for deported children and displaced families now living in rural areas.
- Life rebuilding plan: purchase land, build homes, and establish small gardens to grow food for self-sufficiency.
