1. Introduction

Ce projet a pour objectif de fournir une éducation de base et un accompagnement social à 150 enfants haïtiens déportés de la République Dominicaine avec leurs familles, et qui vivent aujourd’hui sans ressources à la frontière de Ouanaminthe, en Haïti.
Depuis plus de 7 ans, M. Joachim Charitable, fondateur et enseignant principal, prend personnellement en charge ces enfants sans aucun soutien externe.
Ces enfants vivent dans une extrême précarité, souvent abandonnés dans la rue, sans nourriture, sans logement et sans accès à l’éducation. La situation socio-économique et sécuritaire difficile d’Haïti rend ce travail encore plus urgent.
Le projet vise à mobiliser des ONG, des organisations internationales, des institutions religieuses et des donateurs privés afin d’assurer la pérennité et l’expansion de cette école.
2. Objectifs du projet
1. Offrir une éducation préscolaire et primaire gratuite à 150 enfants déportés et vulnérables.
2. Créer un espace sécurisé où les enfants peuvent recevoir nourriture, soins et soutien moral.
3. Promouvoir les valeurs civiques, le développement personnel et l’intégration sociale des enfants.
4. Garantir des financements stables pour rémunérer les enseignants, acheter du matériel scolaire et améliorer les infrastructures.
3. Bénéficiaires
150 enfants déportés et d’autres enfants vulnérables de Ouanaminthe.
Les familles de ces enfants, bénéficiant d’un soutien social et éducatif.
La communauté locale, qui profitera de générations mieux éduquées et formées.
4. Activités prévues
1. Mise en place d’un programme scolaire structuré.
2. Distribution de repas quotidiens aux enfants.
3. Formation et rémunération régulière des enseignants.
4. Acquisition de matériel pédagogique (livres, cahiers, tableaux, fournitures).
5. Réhabilitation ou construction d’un bâtiment scolaire équipé (bancs, chaises, tablettes).
6. Mise en place d’un programme de soutien psychologique et social pour les enfants.

Financement des salaires des enseignants (7 enseignants permanents).
Approvisionnement en nourriture et produits alimentaires.
Livres, cahiers, crayons et autres fournitures scolaires.
Moyens de transport pour les enfants venant de loin.
Construction ou rénovation du bâtiment scolaire.

Appui administratif et organisationnel.

1. Introduction
This project aims to provide basic education and social support to 150 Haitian children deported from the Dominican Republic with their families, now living without resources at the Ouanaminthe border in Haiti.

For over 7 years, Mr. Joachim Charitable, founder and head teacher, has been personally supporting these children without external assistance.
These children live in extreme poverty, often abandoned in the streets, without food, shelter, or access to school. Haiti’s economic and security crisis makes this mission even more critical.

The goal is to secure partnerships with NGOs, international organizations, religious institutions, and private donors to ensure the sustainability and growth of the school.
2. Project Objectives
1. Provide free preschool and primary education to 150 deported and vulnerable children.
2. Create a safe space where children receive meals, care, and emotional support
3. Promote civic values, personal development, and social integration.
4. Secure sustainable funding to pay teachers, purchase learning materials, and improve facilities.

150 deported children and other vulnerable children from Ouanaminthe.
The families of these children, benefiting from social and educational support.
The local community, which will benefit from better-educated future generations.

1. Establish a structured daily education program.

5. Renovate or construct a well-equipped school building (desks, chairs, tablets).
6. Implement a psychosocial support program for students.
